​Q:Why does my promotional coupon not work?
A:Please make sure the code is spelled correctly and it a valid code.
There may be some requirements not met for the special offer, other exclusions may apply or the promotional offer has expired.

 


Q:Where can I see information about an order I placed?


A:We will send you an order confirmation email, which will include the order number as well as complete details of the order itself. Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
